T-RENA - Training-therapeutic rehabilitation aftercare

Have you just completed medical rehabilitation?
Then now is the right time to stick with it - with T-RENA, the aftercare program of German Pension Insurance.
T-RENA stands for Training Therapeutic Rehabilitation Aftercare - structured muscle building and stabilization training under therapeutic supervision.
The aim is to further improve your physical performance and achieve long-term freedom from symptoms.
What can you expect from T-RENA at MoveBetter?
- Instruction and individual training plan by our therapists
- Training on medical equipment (twice a week)
- Duration: usually 26 appointments in 3-6 months
- Prerequisite: Recommendation by your rehabilitation clinic (form G4802)
Our T-RENA offers are carried out in close coordination with the requirements of the German Pension Insurance.
Who pays the costs?
T-RENA is a free aftercare program of the German Pension Insurance.
The measure must be started within 6 weeks of the end of rehabilitation.
